Original contents, quality resource dedicated to one specialization or theme.
Quick to load, in normal traffic conditions.
If frames, helping ones.
All links (as internal as to other sites) must be valid (any broken one will eliminate).
Access free (no charge or password to come in).
Attractive coordination between background style and font color.
No "under construction" pics.
Updates frequency : last update must be clearly displayed (... and recent !)

NOTATION

Each following point will be noted from 0 to 5 points.

CONTENTS - Quality, usefulness, originality...
DESIGNS - Layout, attractivity, professionalism...
PERFORMANCE - Display speed, organisation, navigation, reliability...
"COMFORT" - How we feel comfortable to be there...

The average notation gives the number of received stars.

(ie : 4 + 5 + 3 + 5 = 17, divided by 5 is 3.4, gives 3 stars - 5 + 5 + 3 + 5 = 18, divided by 5 is 3.6, gives 4 stars)
